Welcome to February!
Well the year is off and racing! Did you find January was a bit of blur? It’s a great month to lay the foundation for the year ahead but it’s also the month where some people are back to work, others are having a late summer holiday and some people powered through Christmas, saving their holidays for a special event.
For me, I jumped back into it early and did what I normally do to kick the year off …
- Started a fresh, new journal.
- Rewrote my 100 Lifetime Goals, and set my goals for 2019.
- Spent time with Kristine talking about the goals we want to achieve this year and the holidays we have planned.
- Spent one-on-one time with my two daughters talking about their goals.
- Created the flipcharts of my business and personal goals in my office to review daily.
This assists me to reset, refocus and reconnect with what’s important to me. It’s part of my routine. Of course it’s not the only way to set yourself up for the year ahead, it’s just the way I do it.
