I’ve been in Clark, 70 kilometres from Manila in the Philipines, the last few days speaking for a new client—The Outsourced Accountant or more commonly known as TOA Global. The business was created by Nick Sinclair, a Gold Coast guy I first met eight years as a Financial Planner and he started to offshore his administration to gain greater efficiency in his business. After a few accountant colleagues asked him to assist them to do the same, five years ago he decided to start his business with 8 people and today, he just employed his 1002 team member.
IT’S A GREAT SUCCESS STORY OF SOMEONE WITH A DREAM, CREATING A GOAL, DEVELOPING A PLAN AND TAKING CONSISTENT RELENTLESS ACTION.
Next year in February he will open up his fourth office in Cebu, servicing accounting clients in Australia and USA. In actual fact they are currently recruiting for that 500 person office and had 17,400 accountants apply to work for his business. It’s a great success story of someone with a dream, creating a goal, developing a plan and taking consistent relentless action. It was a delight to work with his 120 clients who attended his Conference here in Clark, it was wonderful gaining the guided tour of the TOA Operation and it was fantastic reconnecting with Nick as he shared his vision for the future with me.
