THE GOAL SETTING SPECTRUM

You need to set goals across the whole spectrum. What do I mean by that? Goals of varying timeframes, to keep momentum towards your lifetime goals.

The four goal setting timeframes:
• Lifetime goals
• Long-term goals
• Medium-term goals
• Short-term goals

What do you want to achieve in the next 12 months? And in the next 1-5 years?

Once you have set your long-term and lifetime goals, set the short-term goals to help you on your way to achieving your lifetime dreams.
