THE 25 GOAL SETTING QUESTIONS EVERYONE NEEDS TO ANSWER

By Keith Abraham

I’d like to share with you one of my favourite tools, The 25 Questions you need to ask yourself to create your list of 100 lifetime goals.

What a great time of year to write your list!

For the last 30 years, I’ve been teaching people how to create their list of 100 goals. Because here’s what I do know, it makes a difference in your life. The amount of people who email me, or see me at conferences and say, “I saw you five years ago. I wrote down my list. I cannot tell you how many I’ve achieved.”

In actual fact, I can tell you. We did a survey of more than 2,000 people and we asked people to send in their list of 100 goals. We held onto them and sent them back three years later. We then asked people to reply back and tell us how many they had ticked off the list. Here’s what people told us. The average is 40. Just imagine if you achieved 40 goals—big, small, ginormous—in the next three years! How would you feel about you? Do you think your life would change? Do you think as you achieved this goal, a door over here might open up? Of course it would. If you left the list with me for five years, goals achieved would be closer to 70.

JUST IMAGINE IF YOU ACHIEVED 40 GOALS IN THE NEXT THREE YEARS!

So download The 25 Questions. Why do I say 25 questions? If I can I ask you 25 questions I know you can come up with four answers for each. But to be perfectly honest, I’m a realist. There are some questions you’ll write down nothing in and others you’ll write down ten. For example, what are ten countries you’d love to travel to? To date, this document has helped people across the globe set more than 16 million goals.
