RECOGNISING YOUR 3 WINS DAILY

Here’s an activity I would like you to start tonight and do for the next 30 days. Watch on as I explain further.

It’s all about recognising the wins you have each day. Before I go to sleep at night I write down the 3 wins from my day. Last words linger—send yourself off to sleep with three positive thoughts and you will start to feel better about who you are, what you do and why you do it.
