There is a lot of noise around at the moment. Coronavirus, media reports on tv, radio and online, different organisations predicting what’s going to happen, so I just wanted to share my insight on the short video above.
I always come back to the core message of controlling the controllables. Focusing on what can I control.
I can control how I look after myself. I can control what actions I take. I can control how I travel or where I travel to.
STARVE THE DISTRACTIONS. FEED YOUR FOCUS!
You need to be focused on what’s important, what matters and what’s going to make a difference to you.
Get really clear on your goal. Reset the focus, reset the first action you need to take and let go of the distractions. Control the controllables!
