Dispatch Times
We process online orders Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and are dispatched where possible the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
In the event of requiring your order by a specific date, please phone or email us first and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Domestic Shipping (Australia wide)
We offer domestic shipping exclusively via Sendle, this allows us to provide you with depot to door tracking once your order has been dispatched in addition to providing you with the most cost effective and efficient delivery service available in Australia. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for delivery to cities within the standard national network. Deliveries outside of these areas may take longer. Passionate Performance will not be liable or responsible if Sendle fails to make the quoted delivery timetable. For more information visit Sendle.com.
Flat shipping rates of AU$10.00 for one item and AU$15.00 for multiple items have been set to subsidise Australian delivery.
International Shipping (dispatched from Australia)
We are in the process of enabling international shipping through Sendle. In the interim, if you are from outside of Australia, please contact office@keithabraham.com.au for a shipping estimate to your country.

Return Policy
Passionate Performance do not refund for a ’change of mind’ purpose, so please choose carefully. If you would like to discuss the products and what may best suit your needs, please contact us on office@keithabraham.com.au. However, if you do wish to exchange an item, please notify us on office@keithabraham.com.au and a product swap can be arranged, additional postage will be at your expense.
Defective or Damaged Products
All products purchased from Passionate Performance direct are quality checked before shipment. If your items does have a defect please contact us on office@keithabraham.com.au and we will exchange the item. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. Defective items must be returned to Passionate Performance within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), another item of the customers choice to the same value, or a refund will be given.
Any costs associated with returning an item, whether it is an exchange or a defective item, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
