WELCOME TO 2020!
Welcome to 2020! Happy New Year and welcome to the start of a new decade. Here’s what I want you to do to get your 2020 kick started …
1/ START A FRESH JOURNAL
Firstly, grab yourself a new journal to keep track of your goals.
2/ WRITE YOUR 100 LIFETIME GOALS LIST
Commence your 100 Lifetime Goals list, or if you have started it already now is the time to finish it. If you’ve already written your list, transfer it to your new journal, this journal should be your closest companion in 2020.
3/ ONE GOAL FOR EACH KEY AREA
Write out the one goal you want to achieve in these four key areas: personally, professionally, physically, profitability. Profitability has to do with your money, the money you want to save, or invest, or things you want to purchase. Physically is health, fitness and strength. Third is Professionally, what you want to achieve in your career, business or in your studies etc. Then Personally, these are to do with family, friends, holidays.
4/ HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL
Next, ask yourself how do you want to feel in 2020? 2020 is the year of feeling _ _ _ _ _ _ _ finish off the sentence. Do you want to feel successful? Do you want to feel purposeful? Inspired, happy, organised, respected, relaxed or confident? How do you want to feel?
5/ DAILY RITUALS
Once you have identified how you want to feel, ask yourself What do I need to do five, six, seven days a week to make sure I feel that emotion? This will form your daily rituals to move you closer to your goals. You need to be emotionally connected with what’s important, what matters, and what makes a difference to you.
