INTENSITY OF FOCUS

By Keith Abraham
INTENSITY OF FOCUS

When was the last time you were really focused?

When did you have an intense focus on a goal that you were so committed to see it through and make it a reality. The challenge for most of us is that we don’t lack time, but attention. There are so many things to distract us each day now, so many things to do and so many new and exciting things to explore.

Most people struggle not with the ability to get the task done, but which one of the competing tasks to do first. So instead of deciding what to let go of, we decide to attempt to do everything. That can work for a few days, but not day in and day out, for weeks on end.

This relentless pursuit of doing it all is not sustainable. You can be relentless when you have a specific task or objective or goal to focus on.

So what do you need to focus on today or this week or for the next 90 days?
